A Pensacola man has been sentenced to nearly four years in federal prison for financial fraud, false passport use, and personal identity theft. The case involved illegal use of identities and counterfeit checks. In another case, a contractor pleaded guilty to a false billing scheme against a water board in Prichard. Additionally, Boise Police have issued warnings about recent Tap-to-Pay fraud operations following a recent arrest.
